The team at Flower City Dermatology are fantastic! They actually take time to listen to you and work with your other doctors to provide complete care while focusing on dermatology. They even called on a Sunday afternoon to check on how things were going & if the condition improved. Finding a dermatologist is difficult. Quick honest service. Kind doctors and staff.
Dr. Somers and the staff are so helpful, and courteous. They are so caring. Dealing with multiple basal cell cancers, skin checks are important for me. I love how thorough Dr. Sooners is. She is so knowledgable and shares that with me each visit!
Excellent health care provider. I have a lot of anxiety around medical issues/procedures and NP Alex was very thorough and took her time to calmly explain everything and made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend this dermatologist to anyone who may struggle with anxiety.
They were able to correctly diagnose the cause of an itchy & painful rash that I’d been dealing with for months so that I finally got relief. I knew this dermatology office was different, in a good way, as soon as I walked in the door. Soothing music, local art, and ZERO cosmetic treatments being advertised in the waiting room. Everyone I’ve interacted with during my appointments has been kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. If you’re in need of a dermatologist, I highly recommend these dermatologists!
