They are very professional and experienced. They spend the extra time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed.
I had an acute rash all over my body. Flower City Dermatology was able to get me in quickly with Dr Somers. The office staff has always been helpful and kind. Dr Somers has always been caring and compassionate anytime I have needed help with any of my skin issues. I never felt rushed and she truly listened to all of my concerns during this visit. Excellent, expedient care
Never would go here again. The overall experience was terrible and disappointing. The desk lady upfront was misleading with prices, and then I sat for an hour after my appointment was supposed to be in the waiting room. To give you more of a picture, the janitors starting coming in to clean. This provider who was condescending towards my health concerns. I was there to hopefully address why I was experiencing what I was and the provider said “Oh you just want Tik Tok skin” and said some people are just lucky and others aren’... read more
My first visit here and it was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, polite, willing to take the time to explain things, willing to listen. All around first rate expereince!
