My last experience with this location began with a call to their receptionist. I was receiving numerous texts and robo-call reminders regarding an upcoming appointment. I explained that as a professional, I cannot continue having my phone inundated with notifications of which I already have a note and reminder in my calendar for. I had two fillings done today at the Gates office. Upon arriving, Reginna greeted me, and was very friendly and professional. Claudia brought me into the room, and prepared me for the fillings. She also assisted during the fillings. She was very professional. Dr. Morfis was outstanding. I was apprehensive about today. He was very gentle when administrating novocaine. Ive been going to FCD for years now. People are always friendly and cheerfull. The doctors are ausome..never ever had they hurt me even doing root canals.. I got two caps ..didnt like how it turned out..the redone all work free of charge no questions asked..i refer all my friends there too. Great place for dental work.

They are only interested in making money. When you hear the dentist tell the workers that the day before was great and if they sold just one mouth guard they would have met their monthly quota. guess what ther first thing out of the dentist when he looked at my teeth? That's right, I now grind my teeth and I need a mouth guard. They also have a very bad habit of canceling appointments because the dental hygienist needs an extra day of after the holiday to make a longer weekend.

Flower City Dental is the best! Everyone here is great. Dr. Kloc has a great chair side manner. I usually hate dentists but not here. I recommend you to come here!
