Price was cheaper than the big online florists and they provided pictures of the arrangement prior to delivery and provided constant communication on the status of the order. The end product was as promised and delivered on time.
Amazing! It is so rare to find a fellow business that really understands and prioritizes customer service like we do - and Flower City is just that. They were delivering on Mother’s Day for Mother’s Day. On Sunday, that is! In the middle of a very busy delivery schedule my mom didn’t open the door so they called and we arranged for a re-delivery time, which I was not expecting, on top of not expecting anyone to be delivering on Sunday in the first place. The people there are so wonderful to work with, and their flowers are beautiful. They event planned an event for my girl scout troop and the girls were so happy. Highly recommended.
Thank you the arrangement was beautiful and the owners were very accommodating when I call ed the next day to say the Hydrangea did not made it. They were so kind and bought me an arrangement to replace it.
