This place is horrible! My Grandmother very recently passed away and I mistakingly did business with Flower Cart. With this being such a hectic time I didn't have time to go into the store and personally pick an arrangement out. I called to place my order, and the employee "helping" me reassured me by saying thats how 60% of their business is done.
