The customer service I received was very disappointing. I used them for my wedding and have for small arrangements since. I came in today looking for a Cali Lilly arrangement for a funeral of a family member and the blonde lady at the front was very dismissive . She informed me that trucks had already ran and with it being a holiday weekend she couldn't get any.
