Ordered the "spring has sprung" basket for my mother in law which was supposed to have a MIX of spring flowers. She was delivered a cheap bunch of yellow daisies. Not worth what I paid. I called to see if they could make it right, and the man on the phone told me they ran out of flowers and he didn't know what to tell me! What AWFUL customer service. Second year in a row they do not deliver the order. Last year they “forgot” and this year the same thing. Order wasn’t received. Yes it’s Valentines, but two years in a row when the orders were placed DAYS in advance. Ridiculous.
I have received flowers from Flower cart for years and am always amazed how long these flowers last! Tim is always so prompt & kind! He is THE best! Thanks for being here in Webster City & your friendly , caring ways! God bless!
Nice place to shop
I am out of state and have ordered flowers from Flower Cart in the past for family who live in Webster City. They have always been friendly and helpful and the arrangements are beautiful. This time I talked with Julie and she was very helpful and polite, as they have been every time I’ve ordered from them. I highly recommend them.
