Called Wednesday morning for flowers to be delivered on Friday. The recipient's birthday was on Saturday. When I learned the flowers had not been delivered, I went to their website (I live in another state now) to see their closing time was 4. I quickly called, only to learn that their "real" closing time is 3. So, it is an hour past their closing time, and the flowers have still not been delivered. I'm so upset. I placed an order to be delivered on a certain day and it has not been delivered. Also, there is no one to speak to since they're closed on the weekend. Now the Birthday Flowers will not be delivered on her birthday and I'm miles away. Not too happy with this. The voicemail clearly states not to leave a message because they're too busy and/or do not have enough employees to go through the messages. NOT COOL or ACCEPTABLE.
I was very disappointed with what was delivered....I ordered over the phone and arrangement was not what I ordered. they offered no compensation for my dissatisfaction.
Super cute place, it's almost like stepping back in time. They have a really cute dog there too. I asked for a flower bouquet, I didn't have much idea what I wanted but was really pleased with the result. Customer service was great, the man I assume is the owner even helped me put my bouquet in a bag I was carrying! Will return.
