Flowers were delivered on time by a very friendly delivery person. My mother in law loved the flowers. She said the flowers were beautiful and that Flower Boss deserved 5 stars for the experience.
I received some damaged flowers in an arrangement. The owner called and brought a replacement arrangement and apologized. She will make it right if there is a problem.
