The ladies at The Flower Basket have the best customer service. They never fail to impress. Please support this Lapeer small town business. No job is too big or too small. They do both with a smile and it is impressive that they remember their customer's names and family members.
We had a funeral with very little notice. I first called another local florist who we’re brief with me and said they really couldn’t help me on such a short notice. When I called Burke’s it was a totality different attitude, not only would they accommodate me, they indicated it was not any problem and they made a special custom arrangement of both plant and flowers. Outstanding!!
Did fabulous job with boutonniere and corsages for homecoming I had several made came in with each one of the kids to let them pick out what they wanted. They were very patient showed the kids all the options worked with them to make them perfect to what the kids wanted. I just ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter’s birthday and I was extremely pleased with their work. Starting with the amazing customer service provided by Lauren. She was so patient, accommodating and very helpful!!! Lauren went out of her way to find everything I wanted to make my daughter’s day very special. I ordered an arrangement completely UNSEEN, and it was absolute perfection. Lauren and I talked on the phone, she listened all of my do's and don'ts (probably thought I was Crazy) and their team made my vision come to life! Thank you SO MUCH! I took a chance and went local to where the flowers were being delivered and I am SO happy I did! Thank you Lauren for listening and thank you to the team for the perfect creation!
