I have been doing business with Sandra for 9 years now. She really has become a dear friend.She places flowers at my Mom's grave site during the year,since I live in California. She is even kind enough to send a picture also. She does beautiful work and goes far out of her way to accommodate us. Thanks for all you do

Rude, snippy, rushed me trying to give the name of the deceased and funeral home to deliver the gift to. I asked for a particular color bow, she was so rushed she barely had time to tell me that color would be tacky and take away from the taste of the crystal cross. I didn't mind the suggestion, it was so rude and rushed. I said ok, that's fine and she said she would deliver it, and hung up. Did not thank me.
