Ever since this florist was bought out it's not even half the quality & quanity of the other owners. I ordered once for Christmas and was over $100.00 floral arrangement delivery. The recipient took a picture and it only has 4 little carnations in arrangement. I called and inquired about disappointment and never heard back. I tried again in July for a birthday arrangement and spent another $100.00. The arrangement was half of the quantity & quality from Yeats before. Something has changed with this business. Recent order for mom’s funeral was very disappointing.
Had an issue with original delivery but they resolved it fast and better than expected. I will be using them again. Don’t go through FTD make sure you find hem on the web. Flowers were bright, vibrant, and very nice according g to the recipient ( did the selections and ordering).
