Do not buy a car from Flow or service your current car there. Go to carvana and save 20% they do not honor there own warranty. They lied to me saying My car was ready and after paying i discovered the car wouldn't even start. They are scam artists. Edited to update have called them back ms. Price quote didn’t match bill. I called up 3 days prior to appointment and requested estimate. Customer service person quickly quoted me price of oil change but then 3 days later at service desk it was $30 more. They wouldn’t amend the bill and said “yeah we’ve told them the new price but we’ve seen this complaint several other times”. I’ve called the Service Manager twice and the General Manager once and I only get to VM. I’ve requested a return call without any luck. Very disappointed with the service dept. I made an appointment this past Monday to have a recall fixed and additional service done on my Atlas. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take 3 hours so I specifically made it as early in the morning as I could (9:15). When I arrived I was asked when I needed the car done by and I told them by 2:00 at the absolute latest because I had to pick up my kids.
