I had a wonderful experience! Brian was very thorough and literally held my hand throughout this process! Ron was super nice and he was very diligent about getting me approved! I originally went to KIA to purchase a new car they did not try to work with me at all. I was told to come to Volkswagen and my experience was the total opposite Brian was great he was nice and friendly the managers worked with me as well and I purchased a fully loaded 2025 Jetta in December.
I wouldn't take my VW anywhere else. I'm always treated like a VIP by Donovan, Jo, and the whole service team. They consistently meet or exceed expectations and pricing is very fair (often cheaper than a European car repair shop). I'm five years in to owning my 2017 Touareg Wolfsburg Edition, which has been virtually trouble-free. I still love my car...and love having it taken care of at Flow VW of Greensboro!
