Shawn McGee aka HeyyTab, was phenomenal from start to finish in purchasing my vehicle. After a car accident with a vehicle less than a year old. It can be frustrating to make a decision on the replacement. Shawn was patient and made me laugh taking away so much stress and anxiety from me. He accommodated my needs and even delivered my car to my front door!!!!! Shawn was a blessing and I’m so thankful he asked what he could help me with on arriving to the Burlington location!

For my most part we’ve always had a good experience with Flow VW in Burlington. However my most recent visit was a little disappointing. I dropped my Jetta off for an oil change. I was expecting someone to reach out to me once it was ready for pick up however that never happens I called later in the afternoon and reached the call center. The representative at the call center was friendly. She reached out to the location but no one answered the phone.
