Had Nick Plummer for Deep Tissue Massage. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to work through the issues with ease. Would highly recommend if you are looking for someone looking for deep muscle issues and stiffness

Had an amazing experience here booking the sauna/hot tub/cold plunge! The online booking was easy to complete and the tubs were perfect. The sauna could be a little hotter, it’s electric, but the hot/cold plunge tubs were really nice and it was a private room. They have slide sandals to change into at the front. A shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash was included as well as plenty of towels and two bathrobes. There is a hair care station with product and dryers, which is awesome!
