What a great hidden gem ! We did a couple spa date we enjoyed a very relaxing hour of hot tub , cold plunge and sauna. Very polite customer service and clean ! We will definitely be back !

I went with lower back pain and didn’t know exactly what I was looking for, I ended up talking to RJ about different options and found the best option for me would be FST with Nick. He was absolutely wonderful and told me how I can do it at home in case my pain was to return. I went home in no pain and felt so much better!! Definitely would recommend to anyone!!
