Dear Jaye In response to your explanation regarding Liz - that is the furthest story from the truth ! She placed me on hold at least 5 times - 3 of those times stating she had appointments and returned to the line to say she did not! SHE hung up on me after I explained I did not need a consult -just an apt with Natalie.
