Have not used the company. But complaint about driver of company vehicle. He gets off and heads towards Mountaindale. Drives very aggressively, tail gating vehicles, dpeefs, swerved in and out of traffic. Just to make it home 10 seconds sooner. Is this type of behavior what you representing your company.

This company used to be great. I would not use them now. Took me 3 phone calls to set up an appointment to get 2 bags of neutralizer, and fix an outdoor faucet. I finally made the appointment only to have them cancel it at the end of the day. They told me they would call back and reschedule, and of course, they never did. When I called back they said they had Noone that could do the job. I never write reviews, but this was a total s#$% show. Don't waist your time with Flow Rite.
Best plumbers in Maryland and reasonably priced. Chris is the best!!!
