Our experience with Flow Realty was fantastic and we cannot recommend them enough. Mike not only made us feel like we were his only client, but he also was clearly knowledgeable about the entire process. He was able to explain all of the steps of buying a home in a way that was super easy to understand. There were no surprises during the process. He helped understand what would make an offer competitive and had great judgment. We were able to purchase the first home that we put an offer in on, thanks to Mike!
As a first time home-buyer, there's so much you don't know. We were fortunate that we had Shawna and Michael as our realtors as they were able to guide us through the process. I really appreciated how available they were to answer our questions and how knowledgeable they were about the local market. Buying right now is not fun, but we ended up in a solid house that we love. Highly recommend these two!
I can’t recommend Shawna and Michael enough. They are both fantastic realtors and, most importantly, great humans. We went through several challenges during our closing period and Shawna and Michael kept us on track, moved us along smoothly, were always available when we had doubts and questions, and did several additional viewings with us and family, as needed. We worked with Mike while trying to figure out what was best for us. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Mike was always available and happy to help, teaching us so much about the process and what to look out for along the way.
