Sales people were very helpful! 2 guys up front John and Matt They went out of their way to make the hose I needed. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for custom made hoses.
I'm very disappointed with customer service at Flow products. I've been waiting 11 weeks for two orders and 10 weeks on another. I still haven't received an answer on why 20 pieces from a 2024 order are missing. When I called to inquire, I was met with major attitude.
