Doesn't answer the phone, return voicemail, or return email. They must have plenty of business because they don't seem to want mine. Good luck getting ahold of these folks.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Liam was both professional and polite. He was also very informative, taking the time to explain the repair and answer my questions thoroughly.
