WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I sat here for about 3 1/2 hours just to end up getting a rental car and a call back hours later to find out my key fob was corroded (which it wasn't) said water damage ( again had none) paid almost $600 for a new battery and oil change.. turns out my battery was fine... and key fobs were fine. We just needed new batteries in the key fobs. Absolutely furious! If you want good and honest service and not someone just trying to take your hard earned money... I brought my vehicle in to have it serviced and Leann and Debbie ( The service advisors) were awesome! Communication was clear and they took care of my vehicle. Outstanding customer service skills.
These guys are great! Very helpful and friendly. They did great work and were very thorough with the whole process. Big thanks to their service advisor Leann! She was super nice and updated me every step of the way. I appreciate her communication, I never had to question what was going on.
