Today I visited the dealership and met Silvia Munoz, and she was very professional and helped me work through the decision process to purchase a new vehicle.
Bought a new Rogue April 2023 from this dealership. Bought on Good Friday, no banks open, they took my down payment, allowed me to leave with the vehicle and told me I was financed. I drove this vehicle for several weeks and kept getting phone calls from some armed forces credit union out of TX, that they needed all kinds of tax forms to secure financing. My husband and I made a trade/purchase at Flow of Statesville with Maritza Serrano.We were already tired of pushy sales people but had called ahead for the make and style. The two vehicles were brought up and Maritza was already on our purchase! We went to gas and as she took care of this ,my husband looked closer and was instantly ready to deal.She completed the paperwork and found answers to non-stop questions from us at nearly closing as though she was adopting us!
