Paige McDaniel( Service Advisor),was amazing. She kept me informed of every step of the process with my Mini Clubman. She really took great pride in doing what she stated the mechanics would do. Thank you Flow Mini, and Paige!!!
Really awful customer service. MINIs are no longer worth purchasing. Theyre too expensive to repair, when it is on the shop, it's there for several weeks and there is no communication about your vehicle. I cant reiterate enough how poor customer service at this dealership is from the top to the advisors. If you bring your car here, you may never see it again.
I’ve always had great service at Flow Mini, but my recent visit exceeded my expectations. I brought my Countryman in for an issue. The service team noticed I only had 3,000 left on my Mini Maintenance plan and proactively took care of my oil change so I could get one more change covered by my plan. Totally unexpected and unnecessary, but thoughtful. Cars are expensive, but I felt like Flow had my back.
Service was great, took the planned amount of time and the service desk was efficient and friendly.
