Everyone is always treating me special and I love my Cooper and gotta quit calling a Mini because that old reputation is not what the car is today. It’s a Cooper.
The whole staff was friendly and transparent. Henry made the process seamless from introduction to Tim in sales to the final handshake. Great group of people!

I had a wonderful experience at this MINI dealership. Salesman Mike and finance manager Michelle were both awesome to work with and very patient with me. Highly recommended!
I took my mini for a transmission oil change and I was very disappointed! They said it would take 1:30min/ 2h to be ready if I waited there. So I did. After 3 HOURS I asked about my car and in 10 min it was ready and they didn’t even washed it!!! I used to have a odissey and even at Honda they would do it! And they don’t have a shuttle service. Very disappointing with BMW!!
