As you sit there...you will partake in an endless barrage of staff lying to customers and making up unnecessary stories to take their money. I have a 2012 Clubman. I LOVE my car. I actually got it used with 28000 miles on it four years ago. When I got it I instantly went to Flow Mini. I have spent thousands of dollars keeping my mini going in four years. The last time I went to Flow over a year ago I was having issues that cost almost 2000 to fix. Problem was, when it picked up the vehicle the problem wasn't resolved and I had to take it back, in fact the issues wasn't ever actually addressed to begin with, and no one could explain why the first round of work was... read more
Drove an hour immediately after talking to a sales rep. Walked in and was told they had sold the car, do not work with this dealership they were not even apologetic.
