So I would have initially rated this dealership maybe 3 stars, however, after my latest experience I wish I could give 0. 1. I was told an initial monthly payment and then upon working through document signing discovered the payment was actually going to be higher. Recently had our mini in for service. Marie was very helpful in keeping us informed on the progress of the repairs. Also, Austin took time to answer my questions I had about the repairs he was doing on our vehicle. Mr. Noel also took my phone call about an issue I had and got back to us in a timely manner. Appreciate all of the help from everyone.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience in the service department. They refuse to speak to you on the phone about your car when you call and ask for updates. They prefer to text you in an unprofessional manner. When I questioned the expensive "recommended" service I was quoted, the person responded offensively. They also never provided a video of their findings that led them to suggest such an expensive fix. I recently purchased a 2016 MINI Countryman to replace my 2013 MINI Cooper that got totaled in an accident last month, and I absolutely love the car itself (as of the 48 hours I've owned it hahah). My honest experience is that I love the car. However, I will probably never return to this dealership to buy a car again especially not to work with Nan. The overall buying experience was disappointing. She tried to sell me an older MINI with scratched rims, and when I pointed it out, she pushed me to speak with her manager so I could ask them to fix it even though I was just test-driving and wasn’t interested in a used car at all.
