Ask for Nan!!! She is AMAZING! She was so personable & knowledgable on my car but also the Mini Brand as a whole! Unlike other dealerships she was communicative without feeling pushy or sharky! My whole car buying experience was simple & fast bc of her & I absolutely love my new car!!
I am literally driving to Charlotte because I refuse to work with Flow ever again. To begin with, their sales team is beyond aggressive, which is why my husband and I stopped shopping there two years ago. We were forced to deal with the service department because I have a recall on my Cooper S. It was not explained to me until after I drove 45 minutes to get to Flow that the repair would take between two days and two weeks. My husband and I are agreeing with the one star rating that the others gave. It took almost a week for them to give us a "list" of services that were not needed. They had my car for way too long. They were polite so they get one star.
Very poor customer service. Takes them over a week just to diagnose any issue. Call the phone nobody answers or you get put on HOLD. They transfer you and then nobody answers. MINI Raleigh has issues that needs to be addressed in the SERVICE department!
