I love Mini Coopers, they are my dream car. Customer service at this dealership has really decreased over the years. I keep trying to give them a 2nd chance. But it is always so frustrating. I think I called 5 different times today. And still was not able to get an update. If I can help it, I will try not to do business with this dealership again. I bought a preowned here a few weeks ago with the help of Will. He was very patient with answering all of our questions and made sure that we got the vehicle we wanted. Very great experience. Hello. I highly recommend Flow Mini to anyone considering a Mini Copper. Nan and Kevin made the process extremely simple. The attention to detail was incredible! Was very excited to be a first time buyer of a mini came in with $5000 in my pocket and on a mission to have a car by the end of the day. Came in on Saturday around 2 o’clock after advising the online advisor that I would be there And was shared two vehicles that were on the lot that I could look at. Bought a car from them 10/2022 - when we purchased, we were sold on how well they take care of their customers - loaner cars or they would come out to pick up car if you could not make it...etc., etc. 10/2024 - battery has issue - they tell us 14 days to first appointment (you can't change a battery yourself in these cars so no fix there) 2 days later the car (Mini Cooper S) has complete electrical failure - had to have it towed to the dealership. 2 days there and still no update - no loaner cars available because all 20 are... read more
