Second time utilizing their services for 2 different ES350s. Always very professional, knowledgeable, & just downright nice.
Not honest. Our daughter who was involved in the floods, but her car was OK and drove down to our house to help be with her dog when her dog was put down was driven off the road. They kept increasing their estimates to coincide with the insurance company so that the insurance company could total our car. they gave us three different estimates and the last one was an accordance to just get to the tipping point so the insurance company could declare the car a loss. we are picking the car up and going elsewhere
They repaired my Lexus IS 300 back in April after I was rear ended! They did a nice job and got it back to me quickly! Only con was the back light was not installed correctly because only one turn signal works correctly
