They treated me like a clueless sr citizen female. They spent about 10 minutes looking at my van to give me an estimate of nearly $2,000.00. I took my van to a small family owned business who fixed it for $50.00 while I waited, looks good as new.
Repaired my wifes Lexus. Gave daily updates via text. Car looks great! Key drop box is not marked and couldnt find it. Youll need to ask.
I really can’t say enough great things about Flow Lexus Paint & Body. When I entered the establishment, I didn’t have an appointment, Jeff was super awesome at receiving my vehicle and beginning the process. He was always professional & honest with the process. He promised me that my vehicle would look better than it did prior to the accident & he was absolutely correct! Great work! Hats off to everyone that made my vehicle look brand new again! My father-in-law brought his 2013 Lexus RX450H for body repair with assumption FLOW LEXUS BODY SHOP will provide LEXUS-level quality of repair and customer service. However, we're totally wrong! We're very unhappy with the quality of the body repair work and customer service. We do NOT recommend this place. They replaced the rear bumper with the OEM part but it was loose on both ends and they asked to bring the vehicle back to put a retainer. It should've NOT been loose to begin with.
