Horrible communication, no results. I reached out to Flow King to repair my water softener, and they indicated they would be happy to help me. They have always been polite. Unfortunately, that's about the only good thing I can say. Over the course of four months I've spoken with the office over a dozen times, not one time have they ever called me; every time, I had to call them. They were able to fit us in same day which was great. They fixed the issue, but it was approximately $200 for a 20 minute service that didn’t require any parts, just cleaning of a switch. So for me that’s very expensive. I definitely expected that the $85 service fee would cover a 20 minute service.
