Wow! I never write reviews, but this experience deserves one. My DIY project went sideways fast, and I had water everywhere. It was 2 a.m., and I was losing hope after calling every 24 hour place I could find with no luck. Use them to repair a service line To the house. I called another company and they said they were going to subcontract it to flow king. I should’ve been suspicious when they quoted almost $6000 dropped it immediately 1000 and then met their competitors price at half that price $2500. This company is great. Very respectful, answered any and all questions I asked, and got the job done as requested. Would highly recommend.
Horrible communication, no results. I reached out to Flow King to repair my water softener, and they indicated they would be happy to help me. They have always been polite. Unfortunately, that's about the only good thing I can say. Over the course of four months I've spoken with the office over a dozen times, not one time have they ever called me; every time, I had to call them.
