I purchased a truck and had it delivered to Virginia. It came with a scuffed bumper cover and a broken tail light. I figured no big deal flow is a big dealership and will make it right in Virginia. Not so much went to flow toyota in charlottesville for a Virginia inspection. Said they couldn't help me. So I just bought the parts myself for 200$ then paid 90$ to have them installed. Flow dealership don't work together. So beware if you think they do.
