We had a wonderful experience. They earned our business and trust. Everyone was low pressure, communicated clearly, and worked hard to get us into a car we love at a price point we like. These people are cool!
I love the new location on Seminole Trail! The service folks went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
Our used Hyundai which we did not purchase at Flow had mechanical issues on the freeway, as we (wife and I) were passing Charlottesville; ended up calling a tow truck and getting towed to Flow (the tow truck driver gave us a ride to Flow as well). Even though the Flow people had never met us before, they loaned us a car for free for up to a month, if our car took that long to fix.
