I bought a 2025 dealer's demo Tuscon Hybrid. Everything went well except for the fact that they couldn't locate the second key fob. After about a week they made an appointment with me to come back to the shop so they could make/program a second key. After about 1.5hrs of waiting they informed me that they didn't have the specific, required key fob, and that I would have to come back after another week to get the second fob. Kayla killed it! I decided to bite the bullet and get my first car and she brought me the most perfect car i’ve ever seen. My mom mentioned she was hungry during our wait for paperwork and Kayla brought us both a snack and water. She’s just the best!
