Highly recommended going anywhere but here. I can't stress enough just how negative of the experiences with Dr Susy is. A complete waste of $$$.
Worst costumer service
I am so sorry to share this, as this dentist firm represents the much needed approaches and techniques that we are all begging for in today's world: whole-body and natural first approaches, with when necessary, more medicalized interventions. HOWEVER, they "have no plans to change" (quote) the set up that they have for paying for it all: YOU have to pay upfront and then insurance will pay you back, whenever they do. I had a deeply unprofessional experience at this dental office. Staff openly discussed internal employee issues and spoke negatively about coworkers in front of patients, which was uncomfortable and highly inappropriate. Billing was another major issue. Charges were unclear, inconsistent, and significantly higher than the fee guide up to 75% over. With little transparency or explanation.
