I am so sorry to share this, as this dentist firm represents the much needed approaches and techniques that we are all begging for in today's world: whole-body and natural first approaches, with when necessary, more medicalized interventions. I had a deeply unprofessional experience at this dental office. Staff openly discussed internal employee issues and spoke negatively about coworkers in front of patients, which was uncomfortable and highly inappropriate. Billing was another major issue. Charges were unclear, inconsistent, and significantly higher than the fee guide up to 75% over. With little transparency or explanation. Dr Inoue-Cheng and her staff are very lovely. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very clean yet warm. I love that the rooms have doors so it feels private and you have a quieter experience. The cost to go here seems higher than other dentists I've been to, but the quality I experienced with knowledge, care, technology the holistic mindset is worth it. They will submit benefits but they do not do direct billing/authorization of benefits which is a barrier. Highly recommend.
