Amazing! each time has been super beneficial! Definitely would recommend, especially for those who are doing sports. My daughter hurt her knee and then her ankle. we came and did the localized cryo on her knee and she bounced back the next day. We came in again for her ankle and did the same treatment and red light therapy, so far so good! Jason and the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely coming back!

Terrible experience here! I've used red light therapy for 5 years, have my own light device and knowledgeable about light therapy. I was in from out of town and needed red light to treat my blood pressure and repeatedly made that clear to the young woman manning the shop. She didn't know what wavelengths/dose the settings of light beds had but made recommendations anyway. My blood pressure soared to dangerous levels after treatment here.
