Absolutely love these treatments and the place!! Jason is full of knowledge and very good at what he does. He does a great job on the localized Cryo. It has helped my heels and my lower back. I’ve also tried the PBM light bed, which was so relaxing and knowing that it’s also helping me while I’m laying there is wonderful. The Cryosauna though is amazing! I’m hooked. Customer for life.

I don’t realize how much cryotherapy, pbm, leg compression, and the cocoon help with pain, weight management and feeling better until I’m on vacation and don’t have it. Looking forward to getting back to my routine there. Plus the staff are great!
Amazing! each time has been super beneficial! Definitely would recommend, especially for those who are doing sports. My daughter hurt her knee and then her ankle. we came and did the localized cryo on her knee and she bounced back the next day. We came in again for her ankle and did the same treatment and red light therapy, so far so good! Jason and the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely coming back!
