I just switched to FLOW due to an insurance change. I was happy enough with my former chiropractor who solved a back injury last year and I kept going to avoid a recurrence. I thought I felt pretty good until I visited Dr. Osmer today and realized as I walked down a flight of stairs and across a parking lot after she adjusted me....I felt 20 lbs lighter and my movement was surprisingly smoother and more comfortable! Had such an amazing experience here when I was pregnant. Their prenatal care is excellent and such friendly staff! Definitely recommend!
I saw Dr. Gray for an initial appointment/adjustment after hurting my neck. She was very informative, explained everything she was thinking/doing thoroughly, and provided education on next steps, stretches to do at home, etc. The office is clean and has a bright and airy atmosphere. A friend recommended Flow and I am happy I went. Will certainly be back regularly!
