I’ve had my Yukon XL Denali serviced here. I bought many parts here. I walked in today to get a key cut for a Corvette and have never been treated so poorly all my life. He had a terrible attitude and the moment I walked in I was bothering him to even ask a question. And then he barked at me, which was his first mistake. He has zero clue what he was doing. Want to give a huge shout out to service department. I'm from Texas and they got my truck in very fast and fixed the problem and got me back on the road fast. Very nice people and some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. You guys rock and tell your boss that yall all need a raise.
