Horrible customer service. In all my years as a contractor I have never had such terrible service form a manufacturer or distributor. maybe they are going out of business or something. To address this further as the owner I would appreciate a phone call. As to speak to the phones it was not my issue. It was a issue with YOUR phones. so yes After calling for 4 days leaving multiple voice mails with no return call then having my wife call from her cell phone and getting answered right away was frustrating. Absolutely the worst customer service in the heating and air manufacturing and distribution sector. Left 4 voicemails never called me back. Called 10 times this morning only to not get through when my receptionist calls it goes right through. Only to find out the part that my customer needs and has been waiting for weeks for is obsolete and they dont make a replacement for it. Could have saved alot of headache if they just answered the phone
One phone call to a pleasant voice, she knew exactly what I wanted. Had it in stock at a good price and shipped the same day. Great service!
