Honestly if I could give a negative star then I would Went to purchase a truck from this dealer in which we drove over 45 minutes to get to and trading two vehicles so that’s taking two vehicles over 45 minutes away. Everyone was nice and we got to test drive the truck. We all agreed it was the vehicle for us. Late check-in. Three service reps present, but only one signing customers in. Waited 40-45 minutes for shuttle service. Basic oil change took 3 hours, despite having a scheduled service time. Was told the delay was due to recalls. I wasn't notified or aware that my vehicle wouldn't be available. I had a well-planned doctor's appointment scheduled 2 hours after my oil change. I had to reschedule because my vehicle wasn't available. Paper left on the floor of my vehicle should have been removed once service was complete.
