I’ll be generous and give it a 2star and yes I know someone from flow is going to write “sorry for the experience” or whatever. Oil change time at VW, brought my car in, explicitly set up the appointment while asking for a loaner which I was told could be provided. Drop the car off, can’t give you a loaner that’s for like an all day service. Ok I’m going to work and stuff all day. Do not use this dealer. There are deliveries, driver tailgates. People down route 11. and makes illegal passes putting lives in danger, but the dealer doesn't care Please put places like this out of business
I was interested in a vehicle I saw online at this dealership and made contact. After a video walk through of the said vehicle, I drove down to the dealership with my family for 4hrs under unfavorable weather conditions on a Saturday. We test drove the vehicle and heard a strange noise. I did mention to the Sales Advisor (Ernandes), who by the way was very respectful and professional.
