In regards to the preowned department specifically. The lowballs are so ridiculous it’s disrespectful… absolutely do NOT trade in your vehicles here. Find another dealer, or sell private. They will quote you many thousands under market value. Waste of my time, save yours!
I had such a great experience with Flow Companies of Burlington. The sales consultant Johnsy Quintanilla was very patient , he went over all the details and features of the suv I wanted to look at prior to purchasing. My family called in while I was in the dealership and he even took the time to answer their questions as well :-). I appreciated not feeling like I was getting bamboozled or pressured to buy.
