Update: They are still a dodgy repair shop. I would still never go here or recommend to anyone ever. So they had my car again for almost 3 weeks before it went to car dealership for a second opinion. They were suspose to fix the light. Witch I can still see fog/water in it. So highly doubt it has been changed. They have rotated my tires that I was complaining about that was hit to other side so the report looks like it left side. I went to pick my car up and multiple things were wrong with it the indicator warning sign was on and didn't even work and they didn't even notice it and when I went in too say something they got someoneto look at it and he was rude. I ended up waiting around four a hour as they put a second hand part on the car that is faulty. My bonnet is still out of alignment and has latching issues. Great team, lovely reception staff and extremely knowledgeable trades!
Left my car with Flow on 14 January. Of course parts etc took time. Their communication was excellent. Second repair job took time again for parts etc. picked the car up today. Their efforts to get the car to me were fantastic. Just waiting for parts etc. the repairs are fantastic. Toby, contact person for enquires went Beto d the norm to get my car done.
