83 year old widower needed hearing test and consult regarding which device to purchase . Dr Suduth was very knowledgeable , personable, and made sure all questions were answered to my satisfaction . Hearing test results were explained in “layman’s language” and understandable . I received excellent guidance regarding choice of hearing aide device including details regarding care and cleaning . I would certainly recommend her to anyone !!!
I received Great service here. The technician was great. I scheduled an appointment for ear wax removal. My ear kept getting clogged up and it was getting worst. It took the technician 30 minutes to get a finger nail sized chunk out of my ear plus the extra wax before she got to that chunk! I am grateful I can hear perfectly now and it wasn’t expensive thank you
