If you are considering Hambright Junction, I strongly recommend having a backup housing option and not making any plans around an approval here until you physically have a signed lease. We previously rented in Scottsdale and somehow secured housing there without feeling like we were applying for security clearance at the Pentagon. This management property does not answer the phone when needed. I have called multiple times on different days and the only option is the leave a voicemail, and they never call back. I have been having issues with property management at Ellison at the Exchange and feel like I’m going in circles. Tonight, my shower door shattered out the blue. I thank God that I was not in the bathroom at the time, but I was asleep. The shatter sounded like the ceiling fell through. It woke me up out my sleep and made me have a panic attack. ... read more

I’m very disappointed with our experience at River Junction Apartments in Leander, TX managed by Flournoy Properties and would encourage others to be cautious before moving here. We left our apartment about two and a half months early due to ongoing noise issues that we repeatedly reported but were never resolved. Communication with management was consistently poor, and even our notice to vacate took multiple attempts to process. After moving out, we were charged $722 for repairs. Ongoing access door issues throughout the lease, repeated elevator failures, unreliable internet, inadequate unit preparation, frequent disruptions around the complex, and ongoing communication breakdowns since April of last year, with shifting timelines and little follow-through.
