This review is in reference to Flournoy's Neuhaus Lake Worth site in Lake Worth, TX. Property Manager Marisol Saucedo has not responded to prior requests for her Supervisor's information, thus I am publicly seeking assistance. Details can be found below. Flournoy has been wonderful- they manage a lot of our rentals for Brock Jones, Inc, and B&B Properties for us- I couldn't be happier with the service they provide us and their staff is A+. They make our life so much better knowing we don't have to worry about our properties we know that Tom, and his team have it covered. Their property in Buford is not being managed well. Its a new building but looks extremely dirty. None of the amenities are available and we as residents feel as if we have been misled. I will never live in another property managed by this company again. Do yourselves a favor and stick with the pros such as Cortland, ZRS, etc.
