Flournoy has been wonderful- they manage a lot of our rentals for Brock Jones, Inc, and B&B Properties for us- I couldn't be happier with the service they provide us and their staff is A+. Their property in Buford is not being managed well. Its a new building but looks extremely dirty. None of the amenities are available and we as residents feel as if we have been misled. I will never live in another property managed by this company again. Do yourselves a favor and stick with the pros such as Cortland, ZRS, etc.
I've been in the apartment maintenance business for several years now and with this company for almost 2 years now. This is by far the best company I've worked for!! I plan on being with FPG for a long time!
