I am disappointed with the experience I’ve had. The front desk staff were very nice and assured me that Nicole would get back to me the next day. However, when I reached out, I reminded them that Nicole still hadn’t called. Nicole eventually left me a voicemail, and although she said she would be available the next day, I never received a return call.
