Dr. Shayna Smith is an incredible pediatrician. She has cared for my daughter since she was just days old, and from the very beginning she has been warm, gentle, and compassionate. What I appreciate most is how thorough, honest, and consistent she is in her care. My daughter is now six months old and, since starting daycare, has been sick a few times. Dr. Smith is an amazing Pediatrician. She’s very personable, great with our son, and makes him feel safe. The only downside to her practice is her front office! They’re incredibly rude and unprofessional. They’re not on the same page as Dr.Smith, every time you call to schedule or make a payment it’s like they are rushing to get off the phone with you. I’d give her practice 10 stars if she would replace her front office!

Both Dr.Smith and her staff are very sweet , patient and knowledgeable. The office is ALWAYS clean. I live an hour away from office and she will always be my to go doctor for my kids. Will definitely recommend Flourish Pediatrics to any and everyone , Dr. Smith is the best pediatrician hands down

Overall I love Dr. Smith as a person but over the summer my daughter was sick and I made a late appointment before closing. My son went into crisis so I called first thing in the morning to cancel. I was told that they would be checking the children’s hospital chart to verify which is illegal for them to do. It is a straight up violation of HIPPA. From the very first moment I switched my daughter to Dr. Smith at Flourish Pediatrics, when she was just two years old and now 5. I knew we had finally found the right place. I remember leaving that first appointment with such a deep sense of peace and comfort, almost in tears out of relief. It wasn’t just that Dr. Smith listened, it was the way she listened.
