Flourish Flowers & Gifts had a blast watching my brother Mitch strut in pink tutu and tights for losing a bet! The staff were amazing, helping him pick out a perfect rose to match his outfit—pure genius! The shop’s full of gorgeous blooms, and the service is top-notch.
