When I was in my final year at BYU I met with a wonderful therapist here. The OUT Foundation helped fund therapy for me to go here, and I met with Brett Burgess and he helped coach and console me, and give me tactics and an ear to get my degree and get out of there. Recently, I've been struggling to find a new therapist where I am now living, so I listened back to old voice memos I recorded from online therapy through Flourish, and it has been helpful even today, 4 years later (I went here 2021-2022).

Flourish therapy needs heavy improvement. They lack the availability to schedule you properly with a therapist. I wouldn't trust their interns, including CJ Machalec. Who failed to really validate and support in transgender issues and oppression. I would not recommend.

Accessible, queer-affriming therapy is hard to come by, especially in Utah, so I can't speak highly enough of Flourish. I met with 3 different therapists there, and each of them made me feel safe. If you get assigned a therapist that doesn't click with you, they are happy to help you find one that works better. They worked with my financial needs and never made me feel pressured to pay more than I could afford. I'm forever grateful for the therapists at Flourish.
