Elle is absolutely amazing ! she truly gets it done every time !
I don’t color my hair because what I’d want is so specific I’m nervous to let anyone touch it. However, Eve convinced me she could and I could not be happier with how it came out. Incredibly thorough and paid so much attention to the little details in what I wanted. Eve did a fantastic job and I love how it looks!!! She also got my highlights perfectly blonde without bleach so 10/10
Elle at Flourish is so great, every member of the staff has been so kind. I cannot recommend them enough!
