Overall, I’m giving Flour and Co. 5/5 regular stars for quality and also 5/5 “green” stars for social and environmental impact. Here’s a summary of my experience: Coffee: They have two varieties from Stumptown for sale as drip coffee (House Blend), espresso drinks (Hair Bender), or whole-bean (both blends). So delicious. Had homemade 'poptart' with nutella, banana, and hazelnuts as well as an orange poppy seed biscuit. Also had great gluten free options for my girlfriend. I live in St. Louis but would definitely come back next time I am in town and recommend to anyone.
The pecan pie is incredible!
