Even early on Mother's Day, this place was packed. Despite that, service was fairly quick and the customers were a friendly crowd. Turkish eggs and multigrain toast were excellent, salmon sandwich looked good, single sourced coffee was good.
Delicious bakery items and excellent coffee. It was busy on Sunday morning, but the wait was worth it. We loved the smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese sandwich, as well as the scone and cinnamon roll. Definitely a must visit!
The double baked brioche is the BEST!!! Highly recommended!
The baked French toast was sublime! I’d weigh 500 pounds if I lived near here.
Very regular customer at Flour in the South End. I was incredibly disappointed to be given a piece of day-old banana bread this morning - and to not be told that it was day-old nor charged appropriately. When I went back later to mention this, I was essentially told, "Thanks for sharing." I expect better customer service from Flour!
It’s a must-visit every time we are in Boston. Such delicious treats. And I am learning how to make all of the treats with Joanne Chang’s Flour cookbook. I wish she would bring a Flour bakery to Arlington, Va!!
