My salt cell needed replacing, company coming in 3 days for vacation. Shane was recommended Talked to him at 10am new cell in at 1 pm. That just doesn’t happen these days. Fast, friendly from first phone call with Kristin to completion.Thanks guys
If I could give ten stars I would. Shane came in one day on short notice, totally understood our problems with not being screened due to easement restrictions and installed a brand new pump, dug out all the old pipes and put in new, larger ones, re-built the manifold, installed new valves and labeled everything. This smart system is soooo much better…detects if there’s anything that might cause problems (leaves, sand, etc) and will shut off if there’s any threat of overheating or damage. Shane is extremely detail orientated and knows his stuff. I love how he takes his time and doesn't mind explaining things when I have questions. His hard work really shows!! His wife Kristin in the office does an amazing job as well. Thank you guys for all that you do!!
