Every body is so nice, andd accommodating. I have a hearing problem and no one gets upset. They don't rush you, they take thier time and are very thorough. They explain everything in detail. I'm a retired physician and I know how a busy office can be chaotic and the doctors can be rushed. But the physicians at Flossy take their time. I had a wonderful experience. The office people also explain everything in an unhurried manner, and if they don't know the answer, they get it. Great place.
