While my teeth were aligned, the treatment completely ignored skeletal/facial considerations. The orthodontist refused to use appliances like Forsus that would have corrected my jaw forward and improve my profile, instead relying only on elastics, which stalled my progress and risked flattening my face. I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this dental office due to the extreme unprofessionalism I encountered. I originally went in for Invisalign treatment for my top teeth. I already had a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth, which I never requested to be altered.
