I am a senior and have a very sensitive gum, so dental cleaning is usually extremely painful for me. Today was my first time visiting this clinic upon a friend’s recommendation, and I was very nervous beforehand. However, my experience was beyond fantastic! The doctor was very patient and took his time. I thought a male dentist might be rough, but he completely exceeded my expectation. Dr. Chang is great. He is very friend and has a gentle touch. I hate dentist but it's not as bad with Dr. Chang.
Very poor bedside manner. Gave me a list of "recommended" treatments that insurance would not pay. Some of them, other dentists normally do for free. When I denied, he did the cleaning in less than 10 minutes. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I would give less than 1.
My wife and I had a regular checkup and routine cleaning done yesterday. Dr. Chang is very trustworthy and professional in his services. We’ve been seeing him for years now and are extremely happy with his services. And his staffs are amazing as well. Thank you. Keep up the good work!!
