I had a great experience at Floss & Gloss Dental with Dr. Nilam Patel. I came in with severe tooth pain and needed an extraction. Dr. Patel was kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. She took excellent care of me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience much less stressful. Dr. Patel and Snow are amazing!
Wonderful experience! Excellent Customer Service. Snow answered all of my questions and my daughter’s questions. Claudia and her Manager were very kind. Front Desk was very nice and we received a warm welcome when we entered the office. Dr Patel was very thorough. We will be coming back.
I had a perfect visit here at floss & gloss. I felt very welcomed. Even tho I showed up a few mins late, Claudia made sure I was checked in, her performance was spectacular! . She explained my treatment. As I had a lot of question and nervous she did not hesitate to break it down and explain. Thanks Claudia!
