Set up an appointment over their text option. Arrived early and was told that since they didn’t have my phone number they couldn’t contact me earlier to tell me about the system being down. I don’t know how you can text me without having access to my phone number, but okay. A complete waste of my time. On top of that, I now how to figure out childcare - again - so I can go to the dentist.
Everyone is great! They are all so friendly and willing to take time with you.
