Dr. Maria Santos and her staff were amazing! She and her staff talked me each step of the way and explained things thoroughly. Most importantly I was not in any discomfort during my procedure. She was patient and understanding of my medical needs. Office was clean and organized. Highly recommend if you or any loved have had poor experiences with dental offices.
I tried this place because it was closer to where I live, but I am never coming back. My first visit entailed an exam, after which I was given a treatment plan amounting to over 20K. I was so shocked by this that I took the paperwork they gave me and showed it to my old dentist. My old dentist's assessment of what my teeth needed was not even close to what Floss Dental claimed to be necessary. Doctor MJ and her staff are amazing!! My 13 year old son needed some dental work and they were patient and kind with him, walked him through all the steps. Definitely will keep going back to them!
